While some proclaim “pardon our dust” during construction, here at Plymouth Place we believe the powdery earth blanketing our east campus is something to be prized. It’s proof positive of the amazing progress we’ve made since we broke grand last fall for The Arboretum Villas, our new senior living community for active adults 62+.
We recently enjoyed our first tour of The Arboretum Villas and our new Center for Healthy Living. For all of us, it was a dream come true – a moment we’ve all worked very hard to achieve. In fact, our luxury retirement community is ahead of schedule and the excitement is definitely building. Please enjoy the following sneak peek of our tour.

The connecting walkways at The Arboretum Villas at Plymouth Place in La Grange Park, IL, are climate controlled. Spring, summer, winter or fall, you can comfortably walk to and from the main building to exercise, attend art classes, get a massage, enjoy a fabulous meal or listen to world-class music.
30North – our newest dining destination.
Shown in interior and exterior photos above, our stunning new restaurant 30North will feature contemporary American cuisine. 30North reflects our commitment to nature. When creating The Arboretum Villas, we shifted our entire site plan 30 feet to the north solely to preserve a Caliper Gingko that has graced our campus for more than 100 years.
A place to gather and workout.
Our team takes a peek at Central Parkway, our magnificent courtyard that will feature a yoga lawn, a stunning four-season greenhouse, a beautiful fountain and a bocce ball court for some friendly competition.
An engineering masterpiece.

Immerse yourself in luxury.
To the left, the swimming pool area features cathedral ceilings. From a Villa balcony, team members enjoy views of the newly expanded pond that will be perfect place for fishing and outdoor summer concerts. The large hot tub is surrounded by windows that will overlook our picturesque gardens.
