In order to keep our residents’ and associates’ health and well-being at the forefront of all we do, we have consistently been testing residents in all licensed levels of living and staff twice-weekly for several months. That means testing is performed 7 days a week and results of those tests come in daily. With our commitment to clear and transparent communication, the cadence of results coming in has increased email communication going to families. In response to families’ feedback that they would prefer to view the information at their leisure, moving forward we will post updates each week at the links below. Numbers will reset at the start of the week, and real-time updates will be posted throughout the week along with the date last updated. Families will continue to receive email communication for other noteworthy items, but the updates around COVID numbers specifically will be available in this portal.
