Life Care is a” Peace of Mind” Contract that includes an established discount for higher levels of care, which is built into the Entrance Fee amount.

Entrance Fee Life Care contracts have a return of capital at these percentages:
50%, 70% and 90%
Independent Fee-for-Service Option
With a Long Term Care Policy in place, our Fee for Service Contract may be the right fit for you.
Entrance Fees are lower and you to take on the financial risk for your future care by paying the monthly rate for that care level.
